These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of a personalised result. By using the site or completing a payment you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the site.
The service
The site offers a questionnaire and, for a single fixed price, a personalised digital result built from your answers, delivered by email. The full price, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
Who may purchase
To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide a valid email address — without it we cannot deliver your result.
Payment
Payments are processed by our bank's secure payment provider on its own protected checkout page. We never see or store your card details. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
Delivery
Your result is sent to the email address you provided immediately after payment. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder; if it is still missing, contact us and we will send it again.
Refunds
The result is digital content created for you personally and delivered at once. By paying, you request immediate delivery and accept that once the result has been delivered, the purchase is final. If delivery fails and we cannot put it right, or if you were charged in error or more than once, we will refund you in full. We review refund requests promptly and, where a refund is due, we start it without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. Once started, the money may take up to 30 days to appear on your card, depending on your own bank. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be waived.

Intellectual property
All texts, questions, results, and imagery on this site are protected by copyright. Your result is yours to keep, print, and share privately — but neither it nor any other part of the site may be republished, resold, or redistributed.
Our liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to it; the date above shows when the terms last changed.
Governing law and contact
